My Bio
Hello, my name is Stephanie, and I have been involved with art for a a really long time. My interest started when my dad would draw around the house. I would sit, motionless, and watch him draw as he would blend bright, vibrant colors across the page. I decided to take classes in 8th grade, and have been taking classes since. I've taken about 8 art classes, and have studied drawing, painting, some sculpture, charcoal, etc. I lean more towards painting and drawing, but I enjoy challenging myself, and trying new things. I recently started a new hobby, and I started editing photos. I will add them to this page, but keep in mind I have borrowed some images, but some images are taken by me. I try to alter the pictures in a way so they're artistic, and look pretty different to the original.

If I ever get around to taking more photos... I'd like to do some dedicated to favorites lines from songs. Some of the lines: I just can't keep hanging on, I think about every button I push, She sits in bed with her halo crooked... And some others :) We'll see how it goes! I have many other ideas--They just keep spilling out.

So I'm doing one of my first chalky pastel piece. I'm used to working with acrylics, so the process is a lot different to me.
It's more smudgy, and to get the details I want I'm planning to spray it with a fix spray. I'm very excited about this piece, and kinda nervous.. But I hope it turns out.
